got a loaner, roof wont close!!

so i got a loaner because my car is in for HPFP replacement.. i drove home and on the way i opened the moonroof and the damn thing opened but wont close! what is the dealer going to say? its a 335i sedan nearly fully loaded with only 2400 miles (loaner).. im worried theyre going to charge me. i just used the button, not like i forced it or did anything weird.
