No, I'm not crazy. I have been driving an automobile since 1976 and this is the first car that has had TPMS. I never had an issue with the other 16 vehicles I owned before this one. It is an annoying feature that I could do without and be very happy. Read my original post, I explain my reasons in detail.

Oddly I have the new TPMS icon, but the older DSC icon!!

Here is what my car has new from my SW update back in March of this year.
(2010 US spec 135i w/o iDrive)...

When you completely switch off the DSC (by holding the button down for a few secs) this is what you should see:






And here is the new TPMS icon when you have a low/flat tire.


The new TPMS SW update now points to the low/flat tire!


With the latest SW update your turn signals should flash when locking and unlocking teh car too. This is part of the new SW.
