Original 270M Wheel + Tire package purchased just over two years ago:

4 - 18” double spoke 270M alloy wheels
4 – Michelin Pilot Sport Alpin PA3
Size: 235/40R18 95V XL

I originally intended to use these on my 1M throughout the winter but decided instead to get a winter beater and not subject my 1M to crappy Canadian salty roads Picked up a 2013 Elantra (nice small car btw)

These have NOT seen snow so they are in great shape. They have a little less than 1000km on it I would say. I had them on my 1M around October 2011 for about a month before the snow showed. I garaged my 1M when I got my winter car so never got to use these in snow and I no longer need them.

Tires and wheels are in great shape; there's a small chip on one of the wheels (check image below). New tires generally come with about 8mm of tread; the treads on my tires show 7-8mm on the tread scale so they are pretty much new.
