I know man. Something is wrong with it! I felt bad after beating him. He was not happy either. The first time we raced it was no big deal I beat him cause we both knew he was having spark and air to fuel ratio issues, but after he got his spark plugs replaced and MAF sensor replaced we raced and I still beat him. Do you know of anything that could be done to my car that I couldn't visibly see other than a ecu flash or piggy back tune? My SA confirmed my software is stock on my vehicle.

no, even if your car is tuned you shouldn't be able to pull a car with 150 more hp than you that weighs only a couple hundred pounds more

you should race his brother's GTR - if he pulls you by 6+ cars, your car is normal.

i think it's your friend's tune. what is he using for tuning?

i've done a little research, it looks like real world numbers this kit is only adding like 30-50 horse LOL

Yeah, I've read the same thing about the STS kit and I keep telling him to get rid of it and put a twin turbo kit or super charger kit on it.

I did race his brothers GTR four times. We did three punches from 35 or 40 to 120, and he only pulled 4 or 5. We did a 60-140 and he pulled real hard on me about 7 or 8 cars. Lol!

Sarj's 370z was tuned by UpRev out of Austin. He has had some issues with them. If he doesn't sell the car by spring it will be visiting Joe Tech in Plano.

I'll tell him to check that out. No, the GTR is all stock with the exception of a set of 20" HRE wheels.
