need help with Back end Flash

I’m looking for somebody that can help me do a Back End Flash for my 135i I’m welling to pay also let me know if you have a BT Cable available. I’m going to order one soon.
by the way I’m located in lake ridge VA not too far from Potomac mills mall. I can come to your location if needed.
