Ran into wall now weird flapping noise

Hello everyone.

I am having trouble trying to figure out what is causing a weird flapping/thudding noise that happened after I took out a retaining wall and fell around 18 inches. Other than this noise the car performs fine. The noise only happens during hard acceleration, hard braking, or moderate braking while turning.

Car is a n55 dct if that helps. The attached video was of me running a log. You can really heard the noise anytime under 5k rpm.

Any help would be appreciated!
