Staggered means that the rear wheels are wider than the front. Non-staggered means all 4 wheels are the same size. The OEM wheels are staggered (18 x 7.5 front and 18 x 8.5 rear I think).

18's are just right ! there is no need to go for 19's in my opinion they even look too big in the front especially (unless it is a deep dish rim)
