Can that extra idrive cup holder be easily removed?

I think its ugly, and would not hesitate to avoid any encouragement to my passengers that a drink is even remotely an option while riding in my car.

Do I have to find a way to "delete" it, or can it be removed during dealer prep with no problem?

It will leave a hole covered up with a little flap.

Better off deleting it pre-production but I'm not sure if you have that option in the US.

We have a choice here and I certainly didn't take it.
