Real life 135i Performance Pack pics
Hello all, as my first post I would like to share a few new real-life pics of Performance Pack on white 135i and white 335i.
Interestingly, I think it works on 3 series better since I find the front bumper of this 135 a bit of an overkill. |

The 1 can't seem to make up its mind regarding its exhaust... 2nd pic shows shiny chrome performance tips, but the other shots show stock black ones. :iono:

I keep going back and forth between those wheels and the split-spoke 261M wheels. I love the Tii wheel by itself, but I wonder if it's too conservative on the 1 in the sense that it begins to look like the old wire-spoke wheels.

Does the little scoop at the bottom of the side sills actually vent to something? If so, why was it not included in the stock package?

The CF lips/splitters on the 3 are damn nice. :eyebulge:
I hate the 1 series performance bumper and wish that BMW would release a CF lip for the standard bumper--just about like what they have for the 3. |

CF spoiler and rear diffuser on the 1 Front bumper/spoiler on the 3 Performance wheels : Performance front bumper on the 1 Performance rear diffuser on the 3 (detracts from the rear-end styling of the E92, IMO) :iono:: 1er side skirts (don't really look functional) "Rally stripe" graphics |

I dont like at all the rounded front bumper....I dont like any adds on theses adds execpt the shadowline kidneys. The mags are uglier than the 264's and 261's. All theses adds makes them look like Civic's.The only things that I like are the 3 series front bumper and the rear diffusers.

Definitely like the stripe and rear spoiler on the 135....Although I'm still left with the sense that I'd like the stripe more if it were thinner and darker (black). I am going back and forth over whether I'll try to add that, or just get custom pinstriping after I take delivery. (It definitely sells the Alpine White to me....)
I like the trunk spoiler on the 135, too, but I'm sure it's way overpriced. I agree that the rest of the body kit doesn't add that much to the 1. I don't know about the 3. I'm not feeling that two-tone look around its foglights. Kind of reminds me of some kid's unpainted Honda Civic body kit. (I don't mind the darker colored trunk spoiler on the 135, because it sort of feels like a continuation of the racing stripe.) |
