Aston Martin to be powered by Mercedes-Benz V8 engines.

"After years of initial negotiations, Aston Martin has confirmed it has signed a letter of intent to enter into a technical partnership with the German company that will shore-up its future powertrain strategy.

The two companies plan to formalise the agreement before the end of the year, which would see Aston Martin use AMG engines in future versions of its Vantage, Vanquish and DB9 coupes/convertibles and the Rapide four-door sedan."

Awesome news, I might be able to go for one of these in about a decade then when the servicing costs wouldn't give me a coronary!
