Yep....but when you think about it it's not that bad...if you buy a Ralph lauren polo or Lacoste Polo you paying about $100 so to have a customised polo it's not too bad IMO.

Probably sized for USA. I've ordered a lot of clothes from US so might be able to help.

Men's Small was too big, tried Youth Extra Large. Nope. I'm a Youth Large. A US Extra Large is ENORMOUS.

Don't know how you could go wrong with the BMW polo as there is a sizing guide allowing you to define measurements.

Just back from the US and sizes are similar to ours. The sizing varies from brand to brand just as it does here. Eg. Hugo Boss large is the the same in the US as it is here but 1/2 to 2/3 the price. ( I had a very full bag coming back ). Generally a large T shirt was the same there as here. Same with trousers, for a given brand 32 US is the same as 32 AUS.
In Australia I find that size for size, Country Road is always too big on me whereas Hugo, Scotch and Soda, RL, are perfect.

Macdonalds sizing in the US is something else though - they don't have small, drinks start at medium, which is our large, and increase to rain water tank size.

Try the Cheese Cake Factory at Macy's San Francisco and you won't need to eat again for a week.

I buy my nike shirts from US and UK and S fits me best. I find S size of the same shirts in Oz typically larger than the O/S ones.

Photo time when you guys receive yours!
