Believe me, I have zero problem spending money when justified, but the price they're asking for this is just too much for what you get. I mean, $2250 for a muffler and tips?! My old 996 muffler & tips only cost $1350, and it was a hell of a lot nicer than the Eisenmann quad for the 135i.
Screw it. I'll take the car to Induktion and have them do a custom quad exhaust for me with a second set of OEM black tips or maybe a larger aftermarket set. No way will it cost over $2k. |

I'm merely pointing out the fact that when good parts for the 911 cost nearly $1000 less, something is not quite right. You're welcome to spend your money how you wish, but I'm also entitled to my opinion. Chill. |

I would go with the dual tips. With the price HPF charges for thier stuff, there is no need to waste more money for no reason. Im not interested in spending extra money to add pointless weight to my car...

No, I don't have it on my car, because I won't spend the money on it. But you make it sound as though I've never seen an Eisenmann exhaust in person. A close friend of mine has the quad-tip E92 exhaust on his M3. It sounds very nice, and it's definitely well made. But again, I don't believe it's worth the $3k he paid for it. He does. That's fine, it's his money, but I can't see the justification. The quality is, IMHO, on par with the (aftermarket) exhaust on my 996. |
