21k on my non-rft, still got 10 left on my rears - plenty for the front.

I just had a look at my rears and they actually have a fair way to go until they reach the wear indicators. I figured they must be on their way out as the back end is pretty slippery, especially in the wet. Seems that despite the remaining tread, torque > run flat grip, even on light throttle. Guess i'll just have to be careful and maybe start short shifting way early.

Mine are a year old and have done 27kkms and have maybe 2mm left to the indicators.

I drive it pretty damn hard all the time and god knows why they're lasting this long. I buy 250$ tyres for my skylines and they don't even last this long and they are pretty crap, and hard tyres compared to the Re050's.

Perth roads are easier on the tyres? :P

Easier on tyres i'm guessing would result from less grip, which makes sense given my constantly slippery back end!

1 nail in each of my rear tyres - thank goodness for tyre insurance

Just trying to work what the best option for non RFTs and where to get them from.
