that sounds about right. probably easier to leave the battery connected and trickle charge it that way

I just got my 1M car cover and plan on washing the car prior to tucking her in for the long winter nap.

However I do intend to drive the car a little on nice Sunny Weekend days when the roads are completely dry to avoid the salt on the streets, after which I will wash the car again then re-apply the car cover. I have done this with my last 4 cars without needing a Battery Charger, gas or oil stabilizer or anything else. I sold my 07 335i to my brother after owning it for 4 years and it's still on the OEM battery.

Not much is needed to store the car IF it is stored in a Garage to keep Water and Freezing temps out. But as was mentioned it is Very important if you start and drive the car to drive long enough to reach normal operating Oil temps to avoid moisture in the Oil.

How often do you figure the car needs to be driven to avoid issues with the battery, etc? Where I live salt free days are few and far between in January and February.

I've been going 2 weeks between runs lately and no issues of note. Tires don't feel at all flat-spotted and car fires up without hesitation.

Mind you, I park in a climate controlled garage, so sub-zero temps could change this.

I have had years where January and February were so cold and snowy that my car pretty much stayed in the garage the entire time without any issues with the battery.

Your car should easily go a month without any issues at all, two months should not be a problem as well. Again I am judging all this on a garage that doesn't get below freezing and is totally dry.

I have seen cars sitting on used car lots out in the weather go a month or more without issues provided the battery is good to start with.
