Arrow Air Dryer Review

Hi Guys, I'm new to the forum. I picked up a 2011 135i a couple months ago.

My previous sports car was a 2009 911 Carrera S Cab. It was blue and I hated washing / drying it. When I bought the car I spoke to the owner of a detailing company out in CA called Glistening Perfection. The owner, Moe, gave me some good advice on the detailing / drying process. He suggested getting an air dryer rather than using drying towels since the towels can take some of the wax off and if dirt gets onto the towel, it can lead to minor abrasions in the surface.

I didn't buy the dryer when I had the Porsche but I decided to get it for the BMW. The paint is a bit better on the BMW and I want to keep it in pristine condition.

I went with a Double K Industries dryer. The dryer is targeted to pet groomers but Moe recommended it for vehicles. I couldn't find any decent reviews so I put one together and figured I would share it here.

I am in no way affiliated with Glistening Perfection or Double K Industries.

The video I made is at

Wouldn't that blow particles of dirt against the surface? Or do you use it with a clean filter?

I have 2 Shop Vac 1.5 gallon wet/dry vacuums. I use one to vacuum the interior, the other to blow dry my cars. I change the foam and paper filters about every 3 months. Works great and they only cost $20 each.
