Girlfriends 128i, Headlight Bar Question.

Ok so on my girlfriends 2012 128i, there is that bar in the headlight that runs horizontally across the top but hers does not light up. In images I see on the internet it shows that bar illuminated, so I'm just wondering if maybe she has a blown fuse or something, or possibly faulty headlights? Her car only has 12k miles on it and to her knowledge those bars have never lit up..

Anywho, just wondering what you guys think of this and possibly a checklist I can run through to see why they are not on!

This picture is for reference, but just to show what bar im talking about.. She doesn't have projector lenses but she does have that bar though..

The "eyebrow" is only functional on the models equipped with xenons. If she has halogens, they only have the design/shape of the eyebrow, but no light.

Aww that sucks..!! Well, I assume I can just go buy her a set of the xenon headlights for that "eyebrow" effect right..??

If you want to spend a few grand for a bar, sure.

Its my girlfriends car, she had no idea they didnt work and always assumed they were coming on lol.. Until I mentioned to her that they werent working.. Now i see why!

Same here I take the older version over the new eyebrow.

Yeah i have no real preference... I just assumed she had it, but it wasn't working lol..
