I paid $600 for mine
Good link, though I probably would pay a little more and buy from a trusted seller. Just to have the peace of mind if anything happens. |

I'm in the early stages of of researching a set for DD and 2-3 wet autocross events a year (not overly competitive)... Looked like ST ticked all the boxes (essentially KW V1 but not in stainless, which is fine since I don't live near snow/salty roads or the ocean. |

ST is a very good option for someone whose budget is limited. I had it on my car and no regret.

KW v1s are great for the street. i autocrossed maybe 6-8 events on mine and they could be a little bit stiffer but they were at least the same as stock sport package and allowed me to lower my car for aesthetics |

ST's (Essentially renamed KW V1's without the anodizing) are made for street use. If you wanted performance and track suspension you'd buy the Koni's like the guys at HP are recommending or KW V2's/V3's. However; if you are looking for a street ride, adjustable drop, and a reasonable price then ST's are pretty much your best option. I actually really love mine, they are really sturdy pieces and ride like a charm at a similar height to stock. I'm also surprisingly happy with the quality of these coilovers, especially as I can't afford to run $2,000 suspension. I don't see what the big deal is HP |

V'2 are still a street coil imo...and i have them on my car...still too soft for real track work. I'll be changing them next year.

It was probably some vendor that ratted out 1xracing. I bet if you call 1xracing they will still offer that pricing, theyre just not allowed to advertise it...
