Yeah we're in Santa Ana, about a mile away from Crevier BMW so if you're close, come on in and check out the wheels if you like

Sure:

18x8.5": 24.0lbs
18x9.5": 24.5lbs

19x8.5": 25.0lbs
19x9.5": 25.5lbs

Most are running 18s at the moment, including us.

On 19's I would not recommend it becuase the side wall is too small to stretch safely. On 18's it is fine. I run 215-40-18 on a 8.5" wheel in front with no issues. Plus with as low as I am, if I ran anything wider I would be rubbing.

Twenzel, do you think you could fit 225 in front and 255 in rear if it wasn't quite as low?

I know that wider is better but I only have about 4000 miles on these crappy runflats and would at least like to run them out before buying new tires. Plus I could save money now and spend more on a wheel I really want and then worry about new tires later. I am not a rich man:wink:

Thanks for the reply:w00t:

I'm hearing that the 255/35-18s are rubbing in the rear. I've gotten one positive confirmation and there seems to be alot of guys running 255/35 in the rear.

Anybody able to pull this off without fender rolling?

Purely depends on tire brand, Toyo and Michelin might be able to get away without rolling on 255s since they have a rolled sidewall.

i have 255/35 pirelli pzero's and they dont rub very much, if at all...only time i can remember is when my 235lb buddy was in the back and we hit a nice bump in the road, but even then it wasnt too bad...the quality, price and style/look of these wheels seriously outweigh any downfalls or negative aspects/issues that may arise. get them and be happy lol:wink:

that is assuming you are on stock height. I just lowered my car on KW V2's and I'm rubbing pretty significantly on moderate turns... given that I've rolled my fenders and that it's only rubbing on the wheel well plastic trim stuff... it's still annoying.

wheels do look great though

I will swing by. I will probably buy a set of wheels after my stock tire is gone.
