Video: cars.com 135i Overview from LA

This guy is a bit of a goofball, but he means well. This clip touches on the front and back leg-room and head-room, as well as the "aluminum" trim.

Sedona Warning.

Nice Video.

Not sure this guy is going to be real popular with 318ti fans though!

:bs:

Seriously, the 318ti is a damn fun car to drive, but it was too bare bones to make it in the US market. It's pretty darned tossable in stock form. When you think about it, they made an M Sport version of the 318ti that had more sporty suspension, a tourquey 4 cyl motor and was pretty lightweight. I'd say it was closer to a 2002 than the 135i is.

All of the original reviews and subsequent tests of the 318ti hailed its drivability and handling characteristics. It was a marketing nightmare though (no doubt).

I like the rear seat room comment though. Stalky 6 foot guy says there's decent room back there...

Re the 318 comments: Pretty refreshing to see a media type actually express a sharp, unmcensored criticism of a car from a top manufacturer. Too bad we see so little of this in the major venues of auto journalism.

Wow, thanks! That really helps as far as how tight the interior is (or in this cas, is not too tight)
