Is it too late to get in on the group buy of the M Performance badge and PPK stickers? I too do not have them anywhere on the car.

What PSI are the factory Bridgestone Potenza RFT's supposed to be at? Door jamb indicates 36 fronts and 39 rears. When I checked my pressure all 4 were at 46 PSI.

A few shots to comply with the thread title. M goodies.....Yeah, yeah, I know. Not really powered by //M.
Looking sharp, though of course I'm biased. I went with the subtle gray with black BMW writing on those fancy valve stem caps. I think on the black cars though either the M you got or the black BMW one with white writing look the best. I also swear, those valve stem caps hold my pressure in better, but will confirm this weekend as my stock ones in same basic temperatures when I checked were going down 2-3 psi every 4-5 weeks with the stock caps. After "upgrading," when i checked 5 weeks later, 2 were dead on and 2 were down about 1 psi. This weekend will be the 2nd 5 week period so will have more info. Here's a lovely excuse to share a pic of my wheels again!

Stick with 36 front, 39 rear. 46 is crazy and it's shocking how many dealers and tire places don't seem to check or put them at the recommended pressures. Then get a nice set of michelin pilot super sports and you'll REALLY love the way the car drives.

Thanks guys. The PSI reading I took was cold so the high reading was not because of driving. I'm going to change the batteries on my electronic gauge to make sure the reading is consistent.

I guess I'll cross the non-RFT bridge when I need new tires. With the staggered setup the rears will be first to go.

Hey Greg, is that an OEM wheel lock? I have an old OEM set and I am up in the air as to whether or not to put them on.

Yep, they're the OEM wheel locks to protect my beloved 313s. Didn't help seeing someone's thread on here a few months back of his 135's wheels being stolen as it sat in his apartment's garage a couple miles from me. Needless to say, he did not have wheel locks.

Also, if you're in the mood for a new tire pressure gauge, a few of us ISers have this one and it's far and away the best one I've used and can't recommend it enough. It's about $20 on amazon and lil pricey for a non-digital one, but then you don't have to worry about batteries. They also make great stocking stuffers/x-mas presents. I should get kickbacks darn it!

http://www.amazon.com/Joes-Racing-32..._bs_15709131_5

I'll add that supposedly our TPMS are notorious for leaking a bit of air, so I'd suggest checking them pretty regularly.

Top down in Miami's hot ass weather 70 degrees at 9 AM yesterday. So much for our turbo weather.

i drive SO MUCH that it's really not worth my time to keep it clean, etc! ha.....besides, i kinda think all cars look better dirty!

for me, a car's interior HAS TO be clean...but the exterior i don't care about...as long as it looks aggressive. lol!

Driven one in convertible form. This is EVEN BETTER! Zero buffeting to ruin the sound!

Thanks, repair went smoothly AFTER I took it away from the stealer that wanted $1350 to replace! Took it to another one that provides everything OEM but uses a glass pro to install. Including my BMWCCA discount on parts it was only ~$500. Safelite wanted ~$750. Down side, is the 1er's glass isn't as available as the other models. Had to wait a couple days.

This sucks. It's a balmy 70 in nj today but it's misty and rainy so I can't wash the car. I will rinse off the salt though.

It's been completely gross for cars around here recently.

i washed my car on friday....and it became JUST AS filthy by Saturday afternoon! All the splashing and spraying on the freeway made it look identical to before i washed it!

that being said....i think all cars look soooo much cooler dirty...so i don't mind!

I cringe whenever I drive by a truck on the highway and I can hear the salt rocks bouncing off my paint
