The perfect 135i. Extremely well rounded – Style, Speed, Suspension, and Stopping - and gets my adrenaline going every time I drive her. A true poor-man's 1M, and she's probably faster. The only thing left to modify would be adding a LSD, and meth/charge pipe, if you're into that sort of thing These would have been my next purchases if I didn't have to sell (moving to Colorado).

Oil changes twice a year, Castrol Synthetic (BMW recommended)
Regularly maintained the brakes and fluid.
Differential and coolant fluids were flushed May 2012.

OEM 17" wheels? Could you PM me with a list of parts? I'm very local.

Also, passing emissions in fairfax without cats on the dp? Who do you know? 50% tint in the front.. I could be wrong but last I checked anything above 35 is illegal in VA without exemption.

50% is less than 35%... 50% visibility vs 35% visibility...
