I am however definitely going to the BMW CCA cars and coffee on the 3rd!

That's too bad, I can't make that one on the third , will try and plan another event soon maybe a beer and wings event!

I find out that an important last minute event came up for my friend's wedding. So I will not be able to make it on Saturday morning. I can do Sunday morning

Would everyone prefer Sunday or Saturday, I have not contacted them yet , I plan to talk to them tomorrow unless someone else has already spoken with them?

From my response, Sunday works best for me. I have emailed them to see if they are ok. I am sure they are since we are a small group. If we park like near the back, it would probably be best so that they can have their daily customers get better and closer parking.

I vote for Sunday morning.

So I got word back from them. They are okay with us being there in the morning. We can park anywhere we like and the only request is to wrap up around 11. Any saturday/sunday is ok with them except for the weekend before thanksgiving (21 and 22 NOV 2015).

So we can have the event from 8-11?

Excellent! I am unable to do this Sunday something came up, it is up to you guys if you want to move it, I don't know what peoples availability is , I'm happy to plan another event for the next Sunday or the weekend after too since we now have permission to go there. We could also plan a drive somewhere leaving from there too! Let me know what works best for everyone!
