which is a better tyre all rounder?

as the title says I'm going to buy a sew of tyres and finally get rid of my rft. Which tyre is a better allrounder in terms of efficiency, performance and noise?
HANKOOK WR18 TL 103W HANK K115 VENT. PRIME2 XL, FALKEN ZR18 TL 103Y FALK FK453 XL, HANKOOK ZR18 TL 103Y HANK K117 VENT.S1 EVO2 XL or PIRELLI PZEROROSSO MO
Its quite a cheap choice but I'm on a tight budget

Tirerack says to go with the Hankook Ventus S1 Noble2.

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/survey...jsp?type=UHPAS

I don't know if that's the same as the Ventus S1 EVO2.

Yep, I've never had a Falken that I liked. I really like Nitto N555's for cheap tires. Really, really cheap but OK for me have been Nexxens.
