2009 135i vert CPO

Just joined to get some feedback on a car I'm smitten with..

2009 CPO 135i vert
6MT
sport
heated seats
30K miles
blk with tan interior

Carfax says it was a manufacturers car out of Dublin (BMW financing NA). I spoke to the service center where it had some service and the guy said that they replaced the fuel cap. It's been in my city since 10K miles with only one other owner.

They have added the 6yr/100K warranty and are asking ~35.

It feels a bit high, but from the looks of things MT's are hard to come by. It looks like all the recalls have been applied. I'm thinking I should offer 30-32k given how clean it is.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

+1...$30K appears to be more competitive. Look at Cars.com ...I believe your car is listed. There is another one in Cincinnati, OH. MT is hard to find, at least with the options you want so good luck

I personally dont think 35k is all that off considering its an 09 and its CPO. If I were you i would be VERY happy to get it for 33.

He came down $500, but said he only had $1700 to play with. He was pretty straight forward about it. Maintenance extension was running 2K, which I need to research. I got to drive it again, and it was solid. No squeaks, no rattles, no nothing.
