I "baked" mine to an olive green before my ceramic pistons crumbled away to nothing. But no complaints as I absolutely love my Stop Techs! |

yeah, the mods never end! I do need a BBK. I'm hoping with this round of the build I'll get that and a ton of other stuff

Hey sk8fe-
I noted you want an ER oilcooler. I have a brand new ER competition dual OilCooler kit still in the box. I didn't install it because I'm doing a motor swap. I'll hook you a good deal if you want it. |

(Sorry for the delay, I don't know why sometimes I get emails from this site that threads I subscribe to are updated and other times I do not. I did not this time; glad I checked...) |

It's funny how life throws you curveballs and that we all have to play the cards that we are dealt. If you know anyone who might be interested, please forward this link to them. I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

You know they say, "there are two sides to every coin", but when they fall onto the table rarely do they ever stand on edge with both sides as equals -- one side usually wins out.
I swear after all this I am going to get the word "HALF" tattooed on the fingers of my right hand! Last edited by Sk8fe; 05-03-2014 at 06:30 AM.. Reason: typo |

Looks like the BMW car-gods are telling me that I am to hold on to my whip for a while longer, so this winter I hope to complete the 1M rear conversion and next Spring/Summer will be time for larger turbos and SERIOUS power pro-tune.

Wheels, wheels, wheels.
This year has been crazy! Insanely busy; only managed one track event this year (New Year resolution: never let that happen again and get out to the track more often!) and honestly lost my way with my 1 earlier this year (one of those smack in the back of the head moments), but...
Pushing all of my chips into the middle of the table and going ALL-IN! Took advantage of some Cyber Monday deals and the holidays arrived a little early for the 1. Got two 18" APEX ARC-8 (18x10.5) to match my existing wheels for the rear for when I complete the 1M rear conversion (hopefully in a March time frame) for the sticky track rubber. And a set of 19" APEX PS-7's (19x9.5 Front; 19x10.5 Rear) for the street with summer tires. Yep. 6 wheels in all. |
