I'm planning to go the same route as EAS, just much slower. Maybe by this spring they'll be ready to sell me the panel they are building to block off the trunk, if not I'll build my own. Next I'll need those gauges, boost, methanol display, not sure for the third. I'll wait on the battery until I get a few years use outta the stocker. Same with seats, once these are due for some upholstery work then I'll just get some Recaros.
Other weight savers not mentioned that I'll eventually consider will be a carbon fiber sunroof or when I need new rotors I'll probably upgrade to something lighter.

Your good with a regular AT. All us Step 135i owners need things to look forward too. Sorry about the OT but have you considered the performance gear selector? For $200 it looks much better compared to stock. |

What gear selector? I am not familiar. I have the steptronic but it seems like it shifts lazy and wish i could get them faster.

Have you tried Sport mode? The shifts are pretty damn quick and crip in sport mode. Just hit the gear selector to the left when its in D. I will agree that normal D isnt very fun.

Yeah our cars are pigs for their size unfortunately. One thing to consider is the CF hood by Vorsteiner, I have it on my car and it yields substantial savings.

Ya I do do that all the time but the change from 1st to 2nd seems way to delayed and the car wants to over rev if I do not shift really soon.
