About to hit 40,000 miles

Going to take the car in for an in-between oil change. Anything else in particular should I be taking care of?

I just cleaned my intake valves at 55,000km (34,000miles) and they were really bad. I'd highly suggest that anyone over 30,000miles has their intake valves walnut blasted or cleaned!

Spark plugs for sure.

Also, tranny oil, diff oil, power steering fluid, and fuel filter.

Radiator/coolant flush if it's been 2 years.

No catch can as the car was stock, i fitted a OCC after I cleaned the valves. I plan on cleaning my valves every 20,000km's to minimise the carbon build up, hoping they will be easier to clean too!

OK good to know. From what I've heard, the OCC can help quite a bit.
