Just curious why you went with the 19's instead of the 18's? The 18's have a 50 offset in the rear, couldve ran a 255 tire, stretched less

Was wondering also, are your 225's on the 8.5 45et front wheels stretched at all or do they line up well nuff with the rim edge?

Because up until last week, the 18's didnt exist. 18's were what I was waiting on for the past year, but VMR kept delaying them and delaying them, so I said screw it and went with 19's. They make the 18's in a ET50 for the rear, yes, but the fronts didnt exist at all. I already had the rear wheels in 18's, VMR took too long making the fronts so I sent them back. It shouldnt take a YEAR to make a fricken wheel.

And off the top of my head, no, I dont think there is any stretch in the front tires. If there is, then its extremely minor. Definitely not to the degree the rear tires are.

Sorry to dig up an old thread but what offset did you go with on the 19s? I was looking at doing a 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 in this style. I've seen some that do 45 offset both front and rear but then have some fender rub in the rear. I'd like to avoid rolling my fenders if at all possible.

We recommend a 19x8.5 ET45/19x9.5 ET50 for your car.

Thanks for the info, I have a few more parts to sell from my Cobra and then its time to get some new rims. These are by far my favorite for the 1s.

Wheels look great. Looking at **********s, seems like these don't really come in 1 series friendly offsets in 18"?
