Not just singling you out FunkyTown128, but yours was the nearest quote on the issue so I grabbed it. I just wanted to point out that I have had a few cars now from other manufacturers that have these climate control systems in them. My 135 doesn't really act any differently then the others. With these systems you are setting a target in cab temp, and the logic these manufacturers use is to put out high heat at the feet and less heat in your face. When you guys are feeling lukewarm air come out the dash vents I think this is by design to keep from roasting you. The overall temps in the car should be near the set limit though. I agree that until the target temp is hit this is maybe something that could be changed, but it is what it is.
