Need some help, OEM RFT on 313

Hey guys,

I just purchased some BMWP 18" 313 and installed my stock summer RFT. So everything should be original, however there is some really harsh road noise when coasting at any speed. My alignment is not effected so my guess is that the tires were sitting too long without a rim during the winter? I called BMW and they said it could be that they harden and give them some time to work in, can RFT go bad?
