To fit an ER intercooler you honestly trim 1cm of redundant plastic that you wouldn't even know was there or not once removed. It's all behind the front bumper anyway...

It's not like someone else's intercooler on here that had to have the front bumper sliced and diced to fit the bohemoth shroud that came with it.
True, but don't the bigger units have larger pressure drops? ... they all seem pretty much same same, although the stock FMIC is a POS
I doubt it as the biggest you can fit out of all the ots units are still small.

To clarify the 1M EvolveR tune stages:

Stage 1 = +30 BHP +50 lb.ft Torque

Stage 2 (FMIC required) = + 50 BHP +70 lb.ft torque

Stage 3 (FMIC and Downpipes Required) = + 67 BHP +85 lb.ft Torque

I am pretty sure Stage 2 is FMIC + exhaust, and Stage 3 is + DPs now.

Believe it or not happens to the biggest & best corporates as well, so it's not that surprising that a tuning company (or more likely their service provider) could be hit with an issue.

As for me, I thought I had sent the file to you in email earlier today. When I just logged on, I noticed that it's still sitting in my outbox (thank you Gmail ). My apologies

No problems Saurabh - it wasn't meant as a dig or anything - I actually edited the post. I was just wondering what was going on.

Ian's dropbox file seems to be all I need. You should set up one too and send the link to everyone who buys one.

I think gmail have a max size limit - they are usually pretty good about this stuff.

I'll try what you said RE Mac use.
