How easy/ difficult is it to install?

I'd do it but I don't think it will fit my wheel. They changed it a slight bit for 2013

Install takes 10 minutes.

3 torxs screws on the back of the wheel.

I can't speak to steering wheel changes, but this center fits/came on the 1M as standard I believe which was a 2012.
