You can always do a "double" change like I did on my Honda S2000, but the way I would approach would be to match the diameter of the rear and then slight mismatch of front would be no problem...

Smart, I hadn't thought about that: driving back home with the spare, and then changing the other aft wheel. I certainly could do it, as I have 2 full sets ...
