Lawyer mode: the letter sent by Wayne Besanko is massively fail in every way. He must've researched his info on wikipedia. Any half-arsed legal professional would know that the s52 of the TPA only applies to corporations and not private sellers.

lol, funniest thing ive seen in a while!

Had a powerchip for a few weeks in a previous car of mine. It was actually the first time that particular car model had been tuned by powerchip and discussions led me to letting them tune my car for the job. All i have to say is after my experience their product is poor (ill keep the words nice) and their tuning only made the car slower and worse to drive. It lasted only a few weeks on it before i got a refund. They got quite angry with me with my feedback etc and a comment after the chip was given back went something along the lines of "oh well the next person will pay twice as much for this!" as if i cared.

Anyway, not good experiences with them, never go near it again...
