Thinking about getting the JB4 for my N55

So I have a 2011 135i and I want to take the leap into JB. Does anybody in the area have one? If so is it really hard to put in? I have been looking at the install PDF and it doesn't look that bad to put in.

We recommend the Cobb Accessport which is very easy to install.

Not too bad

The jb4 is not too hard to install....took me @45 min the 1st time an I just had to remove for service. The sensors can be a bit tricky to reach and unhook so make sure to look at the clips on the jb4 to understand how they come apart. Good luck!

You are correct, sorry about that. I misread the title. Now that the ATP is out I am sure that the Cobb AP for the N55 isn't too far away.

The first time you put it in, leave yourself some extra time. After that, it just gets easier every time. At this point, I can install and uninstall the JB4 in less time than it takes the Accessport to reflash the ECU. The AP is very convenient, but the install on the JB4 as you said isn't all that bad. I've never done it on an N55 car, but I imagine it's of similar difficulty.

First time it took me an hour and I took my time. It's easy and the results are well worth it!
