Very nice! Clean lines, great color… matches the car perfectly! How do you like the Michelin PSSs?

Copycat??? Forgestar doesn't sell Hyper Black. Had them stripped and refinished at WheelsAmerica. What problems did you have with them? PM if you want to keep it clean.

235/40 and 245/35 until these tires are dead. Then 245/35 and 255/35-18. Wheels are 18-8.5-45

PSS are great all around tires. They hold up well on the track and are solid performers on the street as well.

I was referring to the wheels themselves, but your hyper black and their gunmetal are very similar anyways.

Problems with forgestar: They had to redo the wheels (stripping and refinishing) 3 times before they got them right, and as a result it took 10 weeks for me to get the wheels instead of 4-6 as quoted. That combined with the "dude" who answers the phone telling me straight up NO when i asked to speak with a supervisor made me very unhappy. EAS just compounded the problems when they twice sent me TPMS valves that didn't fit forgestar wheels and where dumbfounded when they found out they had two different valves.

Are those the OEM mud flaps? They look like they fit well and don't significantly detract from the appearance of the car.

Hi HeelToe, gorgeous wheels btw. My question is this, with your 18x8.5 et45 on the rear and the PSS in a 245/35, do you know how close the outer sidewall is to the fender lip? I ask because I am running a 18x9 et45, (so basically 6mm further outboard than your setup) and with a Yoko Sdrive's in a 255/35 almost NEVER get any rubbing (95% of time). However over LARGE dips at HIGH speed, can hear some rub in the back right. I know the PSS tend to run wide, and based off tireracks specs, the 255 Yoko tread is 9.1" wide while the 245 PSS is 9.0" wide.

Again not looking for you to bust out your magic calculator and give me the perfect answer as to whether or not "it will or won't rub" , just curious how much room you might think you have in the rear with your current setup. Thanks!

Great, thanks! In my quest to get as much possible forward traction for this thing, my dilema rests in going with a 255/35 Potenza S04 which I am 99% sure will be fine on a 18x9 et45, or with a 245/35 PSS which i KNOW run wide and are more square-shouldered. And YES... I am trying to avoid having to roll the fenders if at all possible.
