It's more than most can handle, especially with a LSD installed with tighter tolerances.

Just get solid subframe bushings. I just installed mine with the M3 rear subframe with m3 diff bushings etc and have got to say there's no increase in NVH. Since installing all of it with even all M3 arms and moton coilovers with 560lb front and 800lb rear my car is actually more civilized and comfortable. There's a rattle from the rear moton strut mounts whenever I go over any bump but other than that it's great.
