As soon as a a NEW M1 appears I'll happily call my 2011 M1, a 2011 1M. Until that day - I'll just refer my car as an M1.

And seriously by the time a follow up to the Ur-M1 is released it'll probably be called an "Mi" anyway. I feel like they're saving the name for,... nothing.

PS come to think of it an M version of the i8?

Mi8 = 'might'
