I tried them, on my matt black M3 wheels. Pretty expensive and won't stick the best unless the wheels are absolutely clean. I would recommend taking wheels off, cleaning them then using their supplied alcohol based prep cleaner. Oh yeh if your rim has already been rashes the don't stick!!!

Lastly if you have big wheels, say like my 20's, then don't waste any of the strip as it will then be too short to cover the full diameter.

Do they work, not sure, I didn't hit any gutters after applying and before I took them off and restored my rims hahaha

If you need these it would be a safe bet that you probably could better spend your money on other things.

Namely, driving lessons and learning to park properly using your passengers side mirror when reversing instead of the touch parking method.

Even looking at the video on that link, I would be VERY surprised if they would even work for the kids who like the stretched tyre look.

They may offer some protection and I stress the word 'may' in some cases, but it is impossible to idiot proof everything.
