Exclamation 1M vs. 2008 135i Shifter Throw & Linkage

Would 1M shifter linkage be compatible/swappable with an 08's 135 Linkage? I know in later model 135's they reduced the throws considerably. If I were to pickup 1M linkage would it be shorter throws than even a later model 135i?

Your best bet would be to purchase the BMW Performance Short Shift Kit (SSK).

shifter throws:

N54 = 80mm's
N54 w/Perf SSK = 55mm's
N55 (&1M) = 70mm's
