None

Item Interest
This is really just a feeler to see if there is any interest. I'd love to trade for a 135i with cash from my end of course. For an outright sale I'd like to put the number at $23,500. Probably a long shot, but if anyone needs some extra money this could be your chance. Also like to state I have the title in hand free and clear.

About the car: 2010 VW GTI, Black, Xenons, Plaid Cloth, 6 speed MT, Bluetooth, Sunroof. The car currently as it sits has just 4,200 miles on it. Car is literally in perfect condition. Always hand washed/waxed.

Extras: APR Stage 1 Tune, Stage 1 Carbonio Intake, Drag DR-34 wheels 18x8 with Brand new Nitto NT555's on them, 35% window tint all around (minus windshield), Tinted Tails and Sidemarkers.

Also included: The stock wheels which were literally on the car for 200 miles and are in pristine condition. The stock intake.

The car can be returned completely to stock if that's what you'd like. The only reason I'm looking to sell/trade is that buying this car was completely an impulse buy. I love the car and it's been very fun to drive especially with the APR tune/intake, but I am missing the RWD platform a bit. I'm open to offers for outright sale, but mostly interested in a trade plus cash on my end. If there's anything else you need to know about the car feel free to contact me. Thanks everyone, I'll leave you with some pictures...

how much (roughly) would you be looking to chip in, on top, for a 135?

I really suppose it would depend on the year and mileage of the 135i and also options installed. I have a fair amount of wiggle room. Since I can't do private messages on here as of yet if you'd like to email and talk further my email address is GLOMB23@gmail.com. Any interest?

Also, some other pertinent information; the car is completely paid off. I have title in hand free and clear. So there would be no hassles with that whatsoever.

LOL tell me about it. I still like the car very much, but just truly miss RWD. I won't be terribly dissapointed if this draws no interest though. (praying it does draw interest though!) lol

Do you have a ballpark for asking price for outright sell?

I'm thinking that I'm really looking for a trade at this point. Send me a message though, and we can talk a little further.

I think many of us do not have the title in hand as you do. Hence not much interest n doing a trade title for title+$$

Very valid point. Most likely will be tough to do, but hopefully there is someone out there where this situation works for both ends .

As a former VW owner, I know what its like to miss RWD after driving a FWD car, especially since I've been racing RWD cars since i was 9 years old (go-karts first, of course :P ) but man the MK6 GTI is not only super fun to drive, but badass looking. I personally prefer the MK4 body more, just because I used to drive a MK4 R32, but the MK6 is a close 2nd place for me. I loved my R32, but after having raced RWD cars, and test driving an E92 M3, BMW and RWD just fit the bill for my next car (hopefully 135i). Don't know how experienced you are with VW's, but I can tell you after exactly 2 years since I sold my R32, I still miss that monster like hell...had a ride and sound like no other. Either way, good luck with your sale/trade!

I'd have to agree the GTI is a very fun car to drive, and that it looks quite good. My favorite body style followed by MK4's. So it sounds like we have the same type of preference, just opposite. I actually owned an 08 R32, but was not a big fan of the DSG trans. Thanks for wishing me luck, it looks like I actually found a trade!

I test drove one just like yours minus xenon but with 18" wheels and the MSRP was like $23500.

which bluetooth? 9w2 or 9w3? and 2dr or 4dr?

you have to do lot better with that pricing for someone to bite

Apparently not because the car was traded with someone already, but thanks anyhow.
