Question about 225/45R17

Hi everyone

Does a set of P225/45R17 tires on 08 335xi coupe fits the 1ers?
My bro has a extra set of it and I plan to mount snow tires on the 135i.

The tire size fits fine. The wheels would depend on the specs.

I believe the rim is "17 x 8.0 Star Spoke (Style 185) light alloy wheels" Does it still fit?

Yeah it's from my bro's 335xi coz he got new wheels and I don't wanna waste extra money on rims in winter. Front and rear are the same offset.

Well, the wheel in my link has an offset of 34 which is low for a 1-series fitment. Stock offsets are 49 front and 52 rear. So the sytle 185 is not an very good choice.
