135i wheel well

Hello,

Can anyone with a 135i (not sure if its specific to a vert) have a look at theirs and advise?

While driving I heard a thumping that sounded like a tire problem on driver's rear. It turns out that the exterior material lining the back of tire well had come loose on the bottom so at speeds about 20mph the material flaps against the tire. I cant tell perfect from pics on realoem but I think the part is Rear left wheelhouse, inner half 1 41147194756.

Should be simple enough, but its not just some screw came loose. There is nothing there now to screw it to. There must be a missing bracket or other part it fixes to but I can't identify where that would have been. The setup on the passenger rear is different due to no exhaust so I cant just compare that.

Pics attached. The first just shows this look piece of material behind the tire and you can see a whole where it should be affixed to something behind it. The next two pics are of what's currently behind it in hope someone can point me to the missing part or other issue looking at theirs.

Thanks

Mine recently made a clunking noise and my left rear fender liner seems misplaced. I plan to replace it aswell

I'd check out the "realoem" website. It has all the parts diagrams and part numbers. Enter your car info and find the section with these particular parts. Probably under bodywork / exterior (not suspension even though that is nearby).

Be careful of the millions of ads that constantly shift the page around.
