Low mileage N54!
Have only had the car since September. Previous owner only had car for 3,000 miles. Negotiable! Last edited by ILoveTTs; 12-06-2014 at 04:45 PM.. |

I am in the market for a 135i and very interested in your car but you are flat out asking too much. I am willing to make an offer but I need a lot more details and pictures on the car. Kbb value for excellent condition is 19k. I have narrowed down a search on cars.com (manual tranny, >50K miles, coupe, M sport etc) and all 2008 are under 19k
I understand you have modifications but usually mods depreciate value not to mention its the winter season for a RWD which cars are typically sold for less during this time. The car will be going away until this spring. I am in Ohio and willing to fly out to NY so take that in to consideration as well if you would. Last edited by tmillerx8; 12-15-2014 at 11:26 PM.. |

Not piling on but I am in complete agreement with what is being said above. I have been causually shopping for a 135 for the past few months on the west coast and even CA cars with similar specs are all under 22,000 regardless of color and most are bone stock and have CPO warranties. You always have to think about modifications taking value away from your car since no one can guarantee the work that was done outside of OEM parts.

Gents spare me the modification speeches. I've been in the car scene for years. It's a cop out to claim they depreciate value when everyone knows the true cost of the mod itself and the labor expenses that go into the mod installations.
There aren't any major mods as is. Exhaust, intake and ECU upgrade are bolt ons, suspension is simple Eibach spring install, and wheels again are bolt on. If you've never driven I a 135 with an ECU upgrade then I guess you won't understand. Driving stock compared to upgraded ECU w catless DPs is night and day. COBB is $800, catless DP, mid pipe and exhaust are another $1000+. You'd be foolish to buy a stock car just to go out and spend top dollar on all new parts. I just bought this car in September which had it at a $22,500 book value, I actually paid a few bucks more due to the mods and due to the great condition of the car. I did my due diligence when shopping myself. A vast majority of the 135s going for $18-$20,000 were almost all automatic, colors not sought by many or odd color combos. AdmittedLY I'm starting my asking price on the higher side for this exact reason, everyone wants something for less and its a given people are going to make all types of offers. For those of you posting listing of other cars, GO BUY THEM IF THEY ARE SUCH A BETTER DEAL, don't post that crap as leverage. There's a reason why they're asking $18,000 for the red 135, no one wants red. This car I have for sale looks brand new and shows NO signs of wear and has everyone thinking its a brand new car off the lot, you never know its a 2008. I will get some interior shots, weather has been poor and the car has not been out. Will take this week to clean up and take additional photos.
To appreciate the cleanliness of this car you have to see it in person. I saw it and the cleanliness alone sold it to me on the spot before I even went for a ride. |

Long story. I had a Z and a WRX. I sold the Z in June and was going to sell the WRX the same month. Before I sold WRX I brought to dealership to be checked it only to have them claim car needed work done and they weren't going to cover it even tho the car was certified, under warranty and I had just bought it 8,000 miles prior. From June to Sept I was carless. I'm a car feign and not having one all summer made me nuts so, I went shopping for a 135 so I could have a fun car to drive for a few months before winter and while I waited for Subaru to finally fix my car. After getting a lawyer and fighthing I won a settlement against Subaru and had car fixed. Got car back 4 weeks ago and sold it immediately.
Now I need to sell the 135 so I can pursue the original plan I had back in June which was to get into 1 AWD car such as an Audi rather than having 2 cars I love this car and would keep it if I didn't live in NY. Sure I could keep it and buy a cheap beater car but I've always wanted an S4 so it's time to move on |
