Brake pads replacement locally or from U.S.
I think my front brake pads are due for replacement in 2700km, and I think it is a good time to replace with aftermarket ones for better braking, less dust, and most importantly more quiet.
Do you guys source your pads locally or order from U.S. ? I'm looking at the EBC greenstuff/redstuff from ECS and Stoptech from modsbargain. Any recommendations for local shops or from U.S.?

I bought my DS2500s from Vsport. They are located in Sydney but freight wasn't too much.

Ferodos are good, but there's no hole to put the brake sensor. Not an issue for most people unless you need a blueslip/pinkslip/rego inspection where it needs to be plugged in to be roadworthy.

cut the wire high up (and join it so the sensor light doesn't go off) and hide it

The rears still clunk when first using them or going from forward to reverse. |

BTW, can we use the pads from the States? Are Australian and U.S. using the same spec? As one of the brake shop in the States asked me to confirm they are the same....
