With the N54 motor you could add a JB on top of the ppk but it would cancel the ppk performance gain but still have the cooling feature. Not sure about the N55 motor as it's MAF sensored I'm sure it's a different story. Just email Terry from Burger Motorsport and he'll tell you right away.

Hi guys, I'm also in the same boat and have a question.

If a car is still under new car warranty, how do I get it transferred over to me and can I extend it? Or does that only apply for the first owner?

Hi Convert - welcome.

New car warranty is part of the car - so it is transferable. Can be extended by contacting any dealer's finance department before the warranty expires. Remember there are great margins in these products so some dealers might discount them.
The manuals pack should have an envelope and form to advise BMW of the change in ownership - so you continue to get the benefits.

Totally legit question, I know for one that Kia's 5 year unlimited warranty or whatever is only valid for the 1st owner. Who the hell is going to keep one for that long anyway?
