LED turn signal bulbs for e82
I dropped my car off at a BMW dealership to change the brake pads + rotors and they gave me a 2012 535i loaner car for the day. I noticed the turn signals on the headlights and tail lights are LED's.
The 2012 135i that i have, on the sticker states "Led turn signals" as well, yet they are totally different from the 535i turn signals. I did some searching around the forums and looked on eBay and didn't really find my answer. Anybody know an aftermarket company that sells LED turn signal bulbs similar to the 535i for our E82's? If so, post em up. Much appreciated. -Tycho |

See post #48... they aren't cheap at $100 each! But they looked VERY cool!

I'd also like to get these, but didn't want to put anything dim or cheap in. The ones mentioned in post #48 from the other thread look ideal. Can't find them anywhere though.

Guys, I found this place... for PY21W LEDs...
http://www.benzinfabrik.de/de/search/?q=+PY21W I think this would be the one to get for the front turn signals... http://www.benzinfabrik.de/de/led-fu...-py21w-orange/ I just an not sure of they will be error free. I already sent them an email asking IF they will work on BMW's. ?

Our FRM-Light module is set up to work with 12v 21 watt bulb if you guys will change bulb to led one it will blink way to fast because off less resistance.
Solution to code FRM module to different voltage (which I'm not sure possible or not) or before bulb connect 12v 21w resistors in that case would be error free also... |
