I also know a good hand surgeon if you need. Although hopefully I'm done with any surgery now.

There are worse things. But I wouldn't want that to be the reason.

Have you tried switching your mouse to the other side? I've been mousing with my left hand for about 10 years now. Takes a tiny amount to get used to, but then it's much better on your hands and arms. I also have a fancy trackball now, but just moving to the other side did wonders.

BMW has no idea. They said that in the worst case the Agrictulture delays can be up to 5 weeks, so it could be another 5 weeks until I get it.

Me too. I am going back to Germany in two weeks. It would be nice to have it before then.

Well mike said he would help me if he could, if not, ill take it to olde time service and let them swap them and do the alignment. So, hopefully by next week they should be on and I can give you a good review, or if you or anyone else interested would like to drive my rig at the next autocross you would be welcome. I cant decide if I want to do the alignment pin removal as well though. I was hoping the wishbones would give me enough camber not to rub with those wheels of ours coming.

You'll definitely get the added negative camber, but I don't think it would help you on the fender side for clearance. Those M3 parts will push the wheel outward at the bottom, but there will be minimal impact at the top. Removing the alignment pin is one thing that you can do to move the top in more. I'm curious as to the total negative camber with the M3 parts PLUS the alignment pin removal.

Come to think of it, until we actually get the wheels in our greedy little hands, no use futzing about clearance yet. I really want 255/275 (or 285) fitment.

How can the wishbones push out the bottom of the wheel and not push in the top? there has to be a fulcrom where the strut hits the wheel or at the steering knuckle right? I thought the same theory applied to the toe angle is well, which is why you have to get an alignment in the first place with these wishbones. however, if you are correct which you probably are, i can always do the alignment pin!

One thing for sure we agree on, 285 out back would be wicked!!!

^^^
just remember the pivot point when you put the longer lower wishbone in is a few inches above the top of the tire

No, you are not wrong, but it is very minimal inboard placement at the top, since you are adjusting the bottom and not the top of the hub mounting.

The fulcrum you are effecting is below the hub center, compared to a camber adjustment made at the upper strut perch (8" above the top of the tire). VERY different effect to fender clearance.

Olde Time Service is not the right place for an alignment. Use Steve's Alignment in Springfield. (413) 732-9648
