Exhaust hanger

Does anyone know some tricks on how to instal the exhaust on the hangers. I can't seem to slip them on.

Just put a couple drops of oil on the hanger. Wear some shop gloves when installing. I seam to recall skinning a few knuckles when doing it bare handed.

Lots of lube. Lots of WD40. My issue usually is getting the the rubber thing off the hanger.. haha.
