help buying a used 135.

Just check the car, mileage price, condition and make sure it is fair price (each region has different fair prices).
Get it inspected at a dealership (it costs 100$) see what they have to say.
Plus check the tires and brakes and see if service is due soon on either.
If the car needs new tires you can easily lower its price at least 1000$
